§ 35.60 SPILL REPORT.

Any person required to submit a spill report to the Office of Environmental Response of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management pursuant to 327 l.A.C. 2-6.1-7 shall immediately thereafter communicate an identical spill report to the County Sheriff's Office.
