(A) The definitions set forth in 327 I.A.C. 2-6.1-4 are adopted and incorporated herein as the definitions to be used in this Chapter 35 and any subsequent subchapters where applicable and except to the extent that other terms and conditions of this and subsequent subchapters may dictate otherwise.
(B) The reporting requirements set forth in 327 l.A.C. 2-6.1-1, et seq., are adopted and incorporated into this and subsequent subchapters except to the extent that other terms and conditions of this and subsequent subchapters may dictate otherwise.
