§ 33.119 PUBLIC DEFENDER DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.

The Council hereby establishes the Public Defender Department within the County General Fund in order to provide legal services to indigent residents of the county consistent with the Warren County Public Defender Board’s comprehensive plan and the Indiana Public Defender Commission’s standards.
