Each year, the Commission shall set aside a certain sum, determined by the Commission, to be granted to not-for-profit organizations for the creation, development, and/or publication of brochures, pamphlets, graphic artwork, websites, and/or other materials that help not-for-profit organizations promote their events and operations and thereby encourage visitors and tourists to visit the county.
