§ 33.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOARD. Board of Parks and Recreation.
   COUNCIL. Advisory Council.
   DEPARTMENT. Department of Parks and Recreation.
   HIS. Refers to both the male and the female possessory.
   SUPERINTENDENT. The Superintendent of Parks and Recreation.
