3-2-2: DEFINITIONS:
Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all words and phrases used in this chapter which are defined in the act of the general assembly of the state of Illinois entitled "an act relating to alcoholic liquors", approved January 31, 1934, as now or hereafter amended, shall have the meaning given to said words in that act, and all regulations, restrictions and requirements of said act relating in any manner to the sale of alcoholic liquors at retail shall be taken as a part of this chapter as fully and completely as though the same were set forth herein:
   MICROBREWERY: Shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Warrenville zoning ordinance.
   PALCOHOL: Any powder or crystalline substance containing alcohol which is produced for human consumption.
   SMOKING ALCOHOL INHALATION: A process by which ethanol or alcoholic liquor is inhaled directly into the respiratory system using a vaporizing, nebulizing or similar device. (Ord. O2017-24, 5-1-2017)
