9-4-4: DEFAULT:
If on the date set for hearing the party charged with the ordinance violation or his attorney fails to appear, the hearing officer may find the party in default and shall proceed with the hearing and accept evidence relevant to the existence of an ordinance violation. (Ord. 2742, 9-17-2012)
