A. There is hereby established a code hearing department, the function of which is to expedite the adjudication of code and ordinance violations in the manner set out in state statutes and as referenced in this title.
B. The adoption of this chapter does not preclude the city from using other lawful methods to enforce the provisions of its codes and ordinances. (Ord. 2742, 9-17-2012)
