8-21-1: ZONING CERTIFICATION AND CODE COMPLIANCE LETTERS:

A fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be charged per request for the preparation of zoning certification and/or Code compliance letters for individual properties located within the City; provided, however, such fee shall not be applicable to owner occupied, single-family residential properties.
