8-20-3: PENALTIES:
Any person not in compliance with the provisions of this title shall be considered in violation of such title and shall be fined not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. In addition, each day shall constitute a distinct and separate offense. (Ord. O2017-38, 6-19-2017)
