8-19-8: CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE:
A certificate of compliance with this vacant buildings chapter issued by the Director and payment in full of all fees imposed pursuant to this chapter are required prior to any occupancy of a vacant building. (Ord. O2017-38, 6-19-2017)
