8-13-6: PARKING LOT DETENTION:

In addition to the other rules and regulations set forth in this chapter, if a parking lot is used for stormwater detention, the maximum depth of water in the parking lot (usually over the inlets) shall be one foot (1'). The parking lot shall further comply with all applicable City rules, regulations and ordinances applicable to parking lot areas. (Ord. O2017-38, 6-19-2017)
