The 2021 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted by the City of Warrenville for the regulation of swimming pools and spas as herein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the 2021 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC 2021) are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes prescribed in section 8-10-2 of this chapter.
