2-1-2: APPOINTMENTS:
The members of the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council.
Vacancies on the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment.
The Board members shall elect a chairman to serve during the municipal fiscal year.
A majority of the Board constitutes a quorum for the conduct of all business. (Ord. 1276, 9-20-93)
