The city will annually sponsor certain events, including, but not limited to: a) a Fourth Of July parade and celebration; b) Summer Daze; c) National Night Out; d) bike rodeo; e) Arbor Day; f) Holly Days; g) shredding day; and h) Art On The Prairie. City sponsored events shall be exempt from all permit, bond and fee requirements and from the restrictions and provisions of sections 7-3-1-6, 7-3-1-7, 7-3-1-8, 7-3-1-11 and 7-3-1-12 of this chapter.
