7-3-1-13: ENTERTAINMENT:

Rides, live bands, disc jockeys and/or concession stands are prohibited, however, city sponsored events and events funded in whole or in part by the city’s hotel tax grant program may include such activities. (Ord. 1769, 7-6-1999; amd. Ord. O2020-05, 2-3-2020)
