Possession and/or use of cannabis or controlled substances, as those terms are defined in the cannabis control act, the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act, 410 ILCS 705/1, the Illinois Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act, 410 ILCS 130/1 or in the controlled substances act is prohibited in Cerny and Albright Parks and shall be a violation of this chapter.
