Facilities of Cerny or Albright Park cannot be made available on a reserved basis even with the holding of a bond and permit, except for city sponsored functions. The city, therefore, assumes no liability regarding reserved usage of Cerny or Albright Park facilities and it is incumbent upon a sponsoring group to secure timely occupancy of the parks on the desired date.
