Any group of twenty five (25) or more persons utilizing Cerny or Albright Park shall show proof of the acquiring of said permit upon request by a city official. Failure to show proof of the acquisition of said permit shall result in the immediate ejection of such group from the park and shall further subject any and all individual members of said group to such penalties as may be provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this code.
