7-2-5: ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

In addition to the requirements of this chapter, the construction of any facility in the public right-of-way shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 5 of this title. To the extent of any conflict between the provisions of this chapter and chapter 5 of this title, the more restrictive provision shall control. (Ord. 2372, 5-7-2007)
