7-2-3-15: NOTICE PRIOR TO BACKFILLING:

Notice shall be given to the City at least ten (10) hours before the work of refilling any excavation, and no backfilling shall be undertaken unless a representative of the City or the City's designated engineering firm is present. (Ord. 1663, 3-16-1998)
