If the application for work in the public right-of-way proposes excavations, the permit application shall describe the location of the intended excavation, the size thereof, the purpose thereof, the person or entity doing the actual excavating work, and the name of the person for whom the work is being done. The application shall also contain an agreement that the applicant shall comply with all ordinances and laws relating to the work to be done. (Ord. 1663, 3-16-1998)
