7-2-3-8: ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PRACTICE:
All construction shall be done consistent with best engineering and construction practices, and the determination of the City Engineer or the City's designated engineering firm as to those practices shall be final and binding. (Ord. 1663, 3-16-1998)
