7-2-3-6: DETERMINATION OF RESIDENTIAL VERSUS COMMERCIAL OR COLLECTOR STREETS:

The City shall determine whether or not the right-of-way proposed to be disturbed qualifies as a residential street or a commercial or a collector street, which determination shall be binding upon the applicant. (Ord. 1663, 3-16-1998)
