Residential streets shall be newly built or reconstructed in accordance with the following specifications:
Geotechnical fabric
Subbase granular material, type B - 4 inches
Hot-mix asphalt binder course, IL-19.0, N50 - 7 inches
Hot-mix asphalt surface course, mix "D", N50 - 2 inches
The Public Works Director or his designee shall determine, based upon relevant design criteria and acceptable engineering practice, the final design of the street construction or reconstruction. (Ord. O2018-26, 6-18-2018)
