7-2-3-1: GENERAL:

No person shall build, rebuild, remove, repair, or disturb in any manner any public way, including, but not limited to, any sidewalk or public street, or cutting any existing curb within the City, except upon permit issued by the City to perform such work. (Ord. 1663, 3-16-1998)
