No person shall cause or allow open burning except as provided for in sections 6-7-2 through 6-7-5 of this chapter. Any open burning that involves the use of wood that generates a large volume of smoke shall be extinguished immediately. The open burning of household garbage and waste, leaves, grass, automotive materials and debris, and construction debris is specifically prohibited. (Ord. 2567, 3-1-2010)
