6-1-1: SALE AND HANDLING OF FOOD 1 :
   A.   Premises and Equipment: All premises and equipment used in the storage and sale of food or drink for human consumption shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. Premises shall be kept free from flies, insects or vermin of any kind.
   B.   Personnel: It shall be unlawful to permit any person who is afflicted with a contagious disease to handle any food or drink intended for human use or to handle any utensils used for this purpose.
   C.   Food and Drink: It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale any unwholesome or polluted food or drink. (Ord. 24, 3-25-68)
