A. With the exception indicated by subsection B of this section, no vehicle shall be parked on any street, roadway or roadway shoulder: 1) for a period of twenty four (24) hours after the accumulation of two inches (2") or more of snow; or 2) until the street or roadway has been cleared of snow.
No vehicle shall be parked on any street, roadway or roadway shoulder where the posting of temporary signage indicates that streets are to be swept. (Ord. 997, 10-3-1988)
B. Parking is specifically allowed on the southeast side of Stafford Place for a distance of one hundred fifty feet (150') southwest of Batavia Road. (Ord. 695, 3-19-1984)
C. Parking is prohibited on the south side of White Oak Drive, east of Twin Pines Drive, between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. (Ord. 695, 3-19-1984; amd. Ord. 1834, 5-1-2000)
D. Parking is prohibited between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on Winchester Circle.
E. Parking is prohibited between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on the first one hundred feet (100') of the west side of 2nd Street south of its intersection with Jefferson Street. (Ord. 885, 3-16-1987; amd. Ord. 1834, 5-1-2000)
F. Parking is prohibited between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on the west side of Emerald Green Drive. (Ord. 1121, 10-1-1990; amd. Ord. 1834, 5-1-2000)
G. Parking is prohibited between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on the south side of Stafford Place. (Ord. 1215, 7-6-1992; amd. Ord. 1834, 5-1-2000)
H. Parking is prohibited between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on the east side of Barkley Avenue between Calumet Avenue (west) and Sunset Drive. (Ord. 1260, 6-7-1993; amd. Ord. 1834, 5-1-2000)
I. Parking is prohibited during the hours between two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. for all of the streets of Maple Hill Subdivision. (Ord. 1515, 9-3-1996; amd. Ord. 1834, 5-1-2000)
J. Parking is prohibited during the hours between two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on Grove Lane in those areas where parking is not prohibited at all times by subsection 5-3-6II of this chapter. (Ord. 1581, 5-19-1997; amd. Ord. 1834, 5-1-2000)
K. It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle to which a trailer is connected ("motor vehicle/trailer combination") upon a street, alley, roadway, roadway shoulder, parkway or any portion of any public right of way between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M.; provided, however, that individual property owners may secure permission for the parking of such motor vehicle/trailer combinations during the prohibited hours by appearing in person at the Warrenville police station and making an application to the chief of police or his designee, in accordance with such procedures as he may designate. In granting permission to park a motor vehicle/trailer combination during the prohibited hours on a specific date(s), the chief of police or his designee shall give due consideration to the nature of the request and the frequency with which such requests have been submitted by the applicant. L. Parking is prohibited on the north side of Warrenville Road between Batavia Road and Curtis Avenue during the hours from two o'clock (2:00) A.M. to six o'clock (6:00) A.M. except for those portions of Warrenville Road between Warren Avenue and Steadman Avenue, where parking is prohibited at all times. M. Parking is prohibited on the north side of Warrenville Road between Curtis Avenue and Burk Avenue during the hours from two o'clock (2:00) A.M. to six o'clock (6:00) A.M. (Ord. 2466, 8-4-2008)
N. Parking is prohibited in the first eight (8) most southerly parking spaces in front of the Albright Museum between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. (Ord. 2580, 5-3-2010)
O. Parking is prohibited on the north side of Calumet Avenue beginning two hundred ten feet (210') east of the northeast corner of Calumet Avenue and Talbot Avenue and ending four hundred feet (400') east of the same corner Monday through Friday between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) P.M.
