A. Parallel parking is permitted on the graveled shoulder of any road except as specifically forbidden by this chapter.
B. Angle parking is permitted at such places as are, by width of road shoulder and/or markings, suited for such use unless by clearly visible signs such parking is forbidden.
C. Parallel parking on the improved surface of any road is permitted only if:
1. There is no graveled shoulder suitable for parking, and
2. The parking of a vehicle at such place will not reduce the usable width of the roadway to less than eighteen feet (18'). (Ord. 695, 3-19-1984)
