A. Office Created, Appointment: There is hereby created the Office of City Historian, which official shall be appointed by the Mayor, by and with the advice and consent of the City Council.
B. Duties: Said officer's duties shall include maintaining the historical records for the City and such other duties as shall from time to time be prescribed by the Corporate Authorities.
C. Unsalaried Position: Said office shall be an unsalaried position. (Ord. 324, 6-20-1977)
