It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle in a reckless manner.
It is specifically forbidden to start or accelerate a motor vehicle in such a manner as to cause the driving wheels to spin (commonly referred to as "burning rubber"), or to so turn a motor vehicle as to cause the wheels to slide or skid.
It is specifically forbidden to so start or accelerate a motorcycle as to cause the front wheel to raise from the roadway. (Ord. 61, 3-11-1969)
