The purpose of this chapter is to provide a fair and efficient method of determining the eligibility of an employee for the benefits enumerated under the public safety employee benefits act 1 through the process of an administrative hearing. All benefits provided to public safety employees pursuant to the public safety employee benefits act (PSEBA) will be consistent with the act. (Ord. 2914, 3-16-2015)
