Any automatic telephone alarm installed and operative on the effective date of this chapter, shall be and is hereby declared to be a nuisance. No person, owner, alarm system business or alarm agent shall install, or cause to be installed, or maintain an automatic telephone alarm in the city. Any such automatic telephone alarm shall be removed by the owner thereof within sixty (60) days following the effective date of this chapter. (Ord. 1078, 1-22-1990)
