A. No owner, alarm system business or alarm agent shall install or cause to install an audible alarm which sounds in excess of thirty (30) minutes.
B. Any audible alarm which is presently installed and capable of sounding in excess of thirty (30) minutes shall be and is hereby declared to be a nuisance, and shall, within ten (10) days of notice be modified so as not to be capable of ringing in excess of thirty (30) minutes.
