It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in, conduct or carry on the business of installing, causing to be installed, maintaining, servicing, repairing, altering or replacing in or on any building, place or premises within the City, any alarm system without having first obtained an electrical contractor's license in accordance with the provisions of Title 8, Chapter 2 of this Code.
