4-3-12: FUEL COMBUSTION IN GARAGES PROHIBITED:
   A.   Combustion Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to continuously combust any fuel within the confines of an attached garage or other unventilated structure attached to a two-family or multi-family dwelling unit, including the operation of cooking grills therein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to combustible fuel powered vehicles or machinery, it shall be unlawful for any person to run such vehicles or machinery within the confines of an attached garage or other unventilated structure attached to a two-family or multi-family dwelling unit for more than one minute.
   B.   Penalty: Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 2102, 12-1-2003)
