4-3-7: ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED IN CITY PARKS:

Possession and/or use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in all City parks and shall be a violation of this chapter, except that the City, pursuant to 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-15, reserves the right to allow the delivery and sale of beer or wine at City sponsored functions.
