4-2-4: NOTICE:

A declaration of civil emergency shall be: (i) filed with the City Clerk as soon as practicable; (ii) promptly disseminated to the news media; and (iii) promptly posted at the City Hall, the post office, and on the City's social media pages and website. (Ord. O2020-15, 3-16-2020)
