C. Position, Sergeant: Maximum number of sergeants within the city police department shall be nine (9). Three (3) sergeant positions shall be held by the following appointed positions: chief of police, two (2) deputy chiefs. (Ord. 2591, 6-21-2010)
D. Position, Patrol/Investigative Officer: Maximum number of patrol/investigative officers within the city police department shall be twenty one (21). (Ord. 2248, 11-7-2005; amd. Ord. 2557, 12-21-2009)
E. Position, Auxiliary Officer: Maximum number of auxiliary officers within the city police department may be twelve (12), with one of those officers acting as auxiliary sergeant.
F. Position, Part Time Police Officer: Maximum number of part time police officers within the city police department shall be ten (10). (Ord. 2216, 6-6-2005; amd. Ord. 2557, 12-21-2009)
