3-3-4: COMPLIANCE; INSPECTION:

The City and its agents must be allowed unrestricted access to enter the licensed establishment at any time upon the verbal request of the City, or any person authorized by the City, for the purposes of determining compliance with this Chapter and the Illinois Video Gaming Act. (Ord. O2021-34, 9-7-2021)
