1-5-9: OMNIBUS VOTES:
   A.   The corporate authorities at any meeting may, by unanimous consent, take a single vote by yeas and nays on the several questions of the passage of any two (2) or more of the designated ordinances, orders, resolutions, or motions placed together for voting purposes in a single group. The ordinances which are placed together for voting purposes shall be known as the "consent agenda". The single vote thereon shall be entered separately in the journal of proceedings under the designation "omnibus vote". (Ord. 1039, 6-5-1989)
   B.   Any item preliminarily placed on the consent agenda may be removed therefrom only upon the request of the mayor or any alderman. Members of the public may petition in writing that an item be removed from the consent agenda. (Ord. 1039, 6-5-1989; amd. Ord. 2040, 2-18-2003)
