The clerk shall keep the journal of the proceedings of the council. Within ten (10) days after such meeting of the council, the clerk shall supply to each member a typewritten copy of the proceedings (minutes). The clerk's draft of the journal of proceedings may be amended to correctly reflect the view of the legislative body as to the events which occurred. (Ord. 469, 10-5-1979)
