3-4-8: EXCEPTIONS:
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:
   A.   Any officer or employee of the City, of DuPage County, of the State of Illinois, of the Federal government or of any subdivision thereof when engaged on official business.
   B.   The operation of such local activities as school activities, church activities or community activities. (Ord. 26, 4-8-1968)
