The license shall be in the form of a card suitable for carrying on the person and shall have securely attached to it one of the two (2) photographs supplied. It shall carry the name of the individual solicitor and, if applicable, the name of the employer or licensed entity, a brief description of the business of the licensee and the dates of the validity of the license.
At all times when engaged in his business within the City, the licensee shall carry the license upon his person and shall exhibit the same on request of any police officer, any City official or any person solicited.
Each license shall be and remain the property of the City and shall be returned to the City Clerk upon its expiration. (Ord. O2018-48, 10-15-2018)
