Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues to occur. (Ord. O2017-75, 12-4-2017)
