3-2-15: LOCATION RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   1. A license issued hereunder shall permit the sale of alcoholic liquor only in the premises described in the application and license. Such location may be changed only when and upon written authorization to make such change shall be issued by the local liquor control commissioner, and only after the payment of a fee of ten dollars ($10.00). No change of location shall be permitted unless the proposed new location complies with the provisions and regulations of this chapter.
      2.   Application for such change of location shall be made on a form or forms therefor approved by the local liquor control commissioner. (Ord. 961, 4-4-1988)
   B.   The sale or delivery of alcoholic liquor is hereby permitted at the Warrenville Community Building, city hall and Albright Studio. Such sale or delivery may be by the city or by the holder of a class D license whose use of the building has been approved by the city. (Ord. 2046, 4-7-2003)
