Elected officials of the town shall follow the Town Code, as well as applicable law in the administration of their responsibility to the town. The Deputy Clerk-Treasurer and employees of the Clerk-Treasurer shall be under the direct supervision of the Clerk- Treasurer, as well as the rules and regulations and policies as now exist and are hereafter modified by action of the Town Council.
