§ 34.19  OTHER BENEFITS.
   All full time employees shall have the following additional benefits:
   (A)   (1)   Insurance under a group policy selected by the Town Council, except that the employee shall pay the following toward the premium:
         (a)   $2.00 per month;
         (b)   10% per month of dependent coverage.
      (2)   Any employee who does not qualify for existing insurance financial coverage offered by the town, as in coverage of insurance deductible, shall be paid a sum equal to that coverage as part of that employee’s annual wage. Such payment shall be made one time annually through the payroll process.
   (B)   Clothing rental from a vendor selected by the Town Council.
   (C)   Retirement plan amounts shall be established by ordinance for each current year.
   (D)   Disability pay.  Full time employees shall be paid salary (40 hours) net of workers compensation payments or disability income, for 13 weeks.
      (1)   The employee may use paid days, or vacation days without pay, prior to eligibility for disability pay for illness. Injury disability compensation will begin the first day as per insurance or workers compensation.
      (2)   Significant or total disability from one cause or more than one related cause must be separated from another disability related cause by at least 45 calendar days of nondisability in order that an additional 13-week eligibility period would commence as per town compensation.
