§ 34.17  COMPENSATION.
   (A)   Rate.  The utility employees of the town shall be compensated from the various utility funds at the rate established by current ordinance of Town Council.
   (B)   Overtime.
      (1)   More than 40 work hours per week shall be paid at the rate of time and one half except holidays. Vacations, holidays, personal time, and sick days will be considered as hours worked toward unscheduled overtime.
      (2)   All overtime shall be explained in writing on the back of the time card. Name of person requesting assistance and nature of call must be explained. Clock-in is necessary for all calls other than emergency.
      (3)   Overtime will be paid in 1/10 of an hour increments.
